When we first took over Yong An park, it was just a simple garden, with little variety of colours in the landscape. The landscape goes unnoticed by the residents as it was not enticing and attractive enough.

After finding out that that was the issue, we proposed to design a different experience when walking through Yong An park. We first target common areas such as walkways and driveways, as these are the areas where people most frequent. These areas were redesigned through the addition of flowering and coloured leaves plants to create a more lively environment. Whether they are taking a morning stroll or returning home after a long hectic day at work, residents can enjoy the company of the plants, helping them to relax.

One of the locations we revamp was a pathway between an empty lawn in the middle of the estate. We thought of making it a more meaningful space where residents can wind down and enjoy. We added shrubs such as Cordylines and Spider Lilies at the side of the walkway to beautify the area. These plants bring about vivid purples and whites in the greenery making this walkway more vibrant and refreshing. With that, we created a solution tailored for Yong An Park, transforming a totally new experience when walking through the estate.

This is only possible with constant and proper communication with our client. We value the insight shared and collaboration we have between us and our client. Working closely together allows us to create new experiences which match the condominium theme and concept accordingly.
