Upon stepping into Parc Olympia, the landscape was untidy and overgrown, having the estate forested and unsightly. We felt that upkeeping the estate was the top priority following the changes of plants in certain areas.

First thing first, we upkeep the estate by trimming the hedges, clearing of dead leaves and branches, adding fertilizers to strengthen the plant's health. Following up, meetings were called to discuss further improvements. To further improve, we have to understand our clients wants and needs.

Through analyzing, Residents in Parc Olympia do like to have their morning and evening exercise as it is an estate that promotes health and fitness. Psychologically, people prefer looking at colours and greenery to boost their energy and moods. We intend to add in our creativity and choice of plants to boost up the experience in the estate. Our client gave us the opportunity to use propagation method to boost up the estate. Not only does it beautifies the area but also saving expenditures on the landscape for our clients.
 
One of the plants we propagate is Pseuderanthemum reticulatum also known as Yellow vein eranthemum. This evergreen shrub gives out a very bright and vibrant green leaf with beautiful white flowers. They are able to grow under semi-shaded as well as full sun areas. Our clients were very pleased with these methods as it gives out flowers almost all year round and brightens up the landscape.

Through yearly meetups and proper discussion among our clients and ourselves, the estate is now improved, upkeep and lush at the same time.
