Upon stepping into Lincoln suites, the landscape was unkempt and neglected. Shrubs and turf were overgrown, forming a forested and unsightly look to the landscape. Aesthetically point of view, the plants were all green and mundane with numbers of bare spots seen. 

We have decided to implement the idea of reusing and recycling plants through propagation methods to improve areas with bare spots. This would help save cost for our clients as well as beautifying the gardens. Another improvement idea was by adding new varieties of shrub which provided Lincoln Suites with a more attractive entrance and surrounding. By adding coloured florals such as Tradescantia spathacea (purple) that create contrasting elements to the site. In addition, we shaped layers of shrubs by trimming and the selective choices of shrubs that create a hierarchy to the landscape. 

Today, the estate is now upkeeped with lush and greenery through years of proper maintenance, keeping residents happy.
